Paperweight have a thorough knowledge of the legal and financial issues surrounding the arrangements made during and after separation or divorce.

Insofar as legal aid has been withdrawn in family law cases (with the exception of documented proof of abuse), Paperweight will assist and support you throughout the legal process. This will include explaining the entire legal sequence and court proceedings, drafting / completing documents for both the court and the Beth Din and assembling financial information and necessary statements.

We can assist you in reaching your own informed decision regarding separation and divorce, financial arrangements and issues relating to your children, including visitation.
