It is very easy to miss out on benefits which you need and are entitled to, but that you either don’t know about or the process of applying for them is highly complicated. It may also be the case that your application has been unfairly treated and you need to appeal.
We can give you clear information about which benefits you are entitled to, and then help you apply for them. We can help you fill in the forms, which can run to 40 pages and which have brought tears to our client’s eyes – the questions are complex and the answers are very often far from obvious.
When appealing against a decision limiting or removing your benefits, we may assist you with an application for Mandatory Reconsideration and in submitting the SSCS1 form for an appeal to the First Tier Benefits Tribunal.
